So, as promised, we will be tackling the new-ish diet drug, OZempic, and its various forms,

you know, as well as the gossip kind of around it, maybe our personal thoughts.

And then also to piggyback on, you know, diet stuff, uh, we're going to talk about olipops, um, which is a new kind of, um, newish kind of. Everything's newish. I don't want to commit to things being new. I don't want to seem like we're out of touch or out of date. We're not on the cuss. We're not on the cutting edge of hot topics. We're right behind it. So it's newish by the time we hear about. I don't know. I want to see who else is doing, who else is climbing the Olipop mountain out there in the health and fitness podcasting world.

I would venture to say, not a ton.

But anyway, they're like a quote-unquote healthy soda pop in a different...

A new kind of soda is what it says on the can.

New kind of soda, I would say in a different category than the seltzer craze, which was, you know, probably the last 10 years.

These are more, yeah, these are more like soda, like a soft drink soda than just like flavored

water, seltzer thing. Yeah. You know, with some purported health benefits, which we'll talk about.
