We might be almost ready to vote. But like all things in the 118th Congress, TikTok, the CR is becoming much more difficult, and it's Tuesday morning a little bit before 5 a.m. And we still do not have legislative text, despite the fact the federal government runs out of money at midnight on Friday night.

So here's the thing that I don't quite understand.

If you are going to, so let's start with this.

This bill, this CR is going to include a ton of provisions.

It's going to include health care provisions. It's going to include disaster provisions. It's going to include health care provisions.

It's going to include other extraneous provisions.

If you are going to do this, why don't you just do an omnibus or a bunch of minibuses?

If you're going to take the political pain of jamming through a big bill
