So instead of going through my normal opening that I do in every single podcast, I just want to kind of get right into it. So today is a very, very special day on the show. We have our very first guest here virtually with us. Woohoo! She is such an amazing

woman, you guys. I met her a few years ago at First Forum, headquarters. And she first struck me

with her just freaking awesome Swedish accent. I can't wait for you guys to hear it. And then as I got to

know her more, she just has the absolute biggest heart,

along with like the most amazing legs and most amazing arms, you guys.

Just an incredible body all around.

But she just has an amazing heart and wants to help so many people.

And she's here on this earth doing amazing things, like impacting the lives. There's so many women that she works with in her IB fit coaching

crew. And we'll talk more about that today. But I get to have her here on the show with us today.

And so that you guys all get to experience a glimpse of her awes firsthand. Ada, welcome to the show
