It could cover a lot of different things, but today I wanted to talk about expectations of

ourselves, expectations of others and expectations of God that we have and may not realize that we have.

And like I said, it can take a real toll on our relationships.

It can take a toll on just how we see ourselves, if we see ourselves as a constant failure

because we're not meeting expectations that actually aren't from God.
