Instead of focusing on your sorry and it's praise God for his goodness.

You know, I had a dog when I was first got turned on to the Lord.

This dog was named Honey.

It was three-fourth German Shepherd and one-fourth child. And I got it

because I went to the army and I left it with my mother to be a watchdog. And so it was supposed to be

this mean dog. It was a big dog, but it had been beat with the trace chain before I got it. And this dog

looked mean. If somebody walked by, it had run and jump on the fence. The whole fence

was bowed out where this dog had jumped on it. It would scare people. It looked tough. But if you

opened up the back gate, it had hurt itself getting out of the way. It was so timid. It had

been beating and stuff. And every time this dog would come to me, it had run up about 10 or 15

feet away and stop, roll over on its side. It'd go to whimpering and scooting come to me, it had run up about 10 or 15 feet away and stop, roll over on its

side, it'd go to whimpering and scooting up to me on its side. It wanted me to pet it, but it

was afraid I was going to hit it or something. And you know, when I was meditating on these exact

verses of scripture, I remember walking out, sitting on my back porch, and here comes this dog running

across the yard, and it got a few feet away, and it rolled over on its side and started whimpering,

and I stood up and just let this dog have it. You know, it's hard to get mad when your dog's name
