And now, here's Andrew. And I'm not saying this in a condemning way or an arrogant way,

but I'm saying what I'm doing

is getting results. If you aren't seeing those kind of results, why are you so committed

to holding on to a form that isn't producing in your life? Maybe it's time for you to reevaluate

some things.

So Jesus said, don't be like the hypocrites when they pray.

Looking for attention from man.

Looking for recognition from man.

In verse 6, he says, enter into your closet and pray.

But you know, this isn't literal.

Lord, I've had people challenge me before and say, you should never pray in public. Well, Jesus prayed in public.

Matter of fact, if you'd read this exact same passage of scripture in Luke chapter 11,

you'll find that in Luke chapter 11, it says as he was praying. His disciples asked him

and says, teach us to pray because they

heard him praying. If Jesus was meaning to literally pray in secret so that nobody ever heard

your words, then Jesus broke his own instructions. This isn't literal. This is just basically saying,

don't pray for the recognition of people.

You know, I go to a lot of churches. I'm sure that many of you have seen this same thing,
