And now, here's Andrew.

You know what, this fig tree was talking to Jesus.

It was telling him that he'd had figs when it didn't.

It was a liar.

It was a hypocrite.

So he spoke back to it.

And notice he spoke to the fig tree.

That's going to be significant as we go on there.

And he says, no man eat fruit of thee hereafter forever, and his disciples heard it.

So they came into Jerusalem, and Jesus went into the temple

and began to cast out them that sold and bought in the temple

and overthrew the tables of the money changers

and the seats of them that sold doves

and would not suffer that any man should carry any vessel through the temple.

You know, this is totally off the subject of what I'm talking about, but this is really significant. This is the second time Jesus did this. He

did it at the very first of his ministry, and this is at the end of his ministry. He had to repeat

something. And he was angry. In Matthew's account, it shows that he made a little cord out of these, he made a whip out of these cords and he beat these people and threw over their tables.
