express my absolute excitement and and and delight at the fact that we have with us today

expostulator of what is going on with federal procedure, federal law, federal crimes, behaviors

week to talk about the Hunter Biden kerfuffle in the courtroom. He is rejoining us to talk

about this Trump in indictment that came down around 6 p.m. Yesterday and he thanks again

expostulate, but I'll take your word for it. Okay. Well, I will. It's a venial sin. Maybe

we could just say as opposed to a Cardinal sin. So I think that we all had almost the same

reaction instantaneously to the indictment, 45 page indictment, which was really, which

I think is the opposite of our reaction to the indictment on the documents charge, which

was that when when the when the indictment came down and we read the indictment, a lot

of people, including a lot of people who are very Trump friendly said, wow, this is very serious.

He is in a lot of trouble if they can put meat on the bones here. They've got them dead
