Yo, yo, what is up? Action Academy family. How have y'all been? I've missed you. If you haven't noticed,

hopefully, I've been taking a break from the solo shows for a little bit to actually just get back

into a season of working on my business rather than having the majority of my time be spent

podcasting. Candidly, it's just one of those seasons that I'm in where we're making that push right

now from about $3 million to $5 million plus and then to $10 million, and it's just game time.

And with all that being said, whenever I have a lesson or an idea or something on my heart

or my head, top of mind that I want to share with you guys, I'll still pop in from time to time and

drop a solo show on you. So we will still be doing probably three episodes a week, sometimes four,

maybe sometimes five, who knows. But at minimum, three episodes a week. And then I will just

drop these bombs on you in between. And so today's lesson is a $124,000 lesson that I just

learned in our Action Academy business

that hopefully I can teach to you guys so that you can avoid the mistakes that I've made,

which at the end of the day is the entire point of this podcast. It's a documentation of my

journey from zero to $10 million per year so that you guys can learn all the wins,

losses, and lessons along the way.
