Today we're talking about brand new critical information in the kidnapping of 84-year-old

Nancy Guthrie. And for the first time, investigators have released a video of a person of interest

seen near her home at the time she vanished. This is no longer just a missing person case.

This is a violent felony investigation with electronic evidence,

surveillance footage, and a clock that is still ticking. So today we're going to break down

what we see in the video, what it tells investigators, what it doesn't tell, and where the

enforcement goes next. And let's get into it.

The person of interest video,

which they had a little problem calling that a person of interest or a suspect,

but I would submit to you when someone comes to your door with a mask on

and a gun between his legs,

I think he's at least a person of interest.

And I would say at least a suspect in this, right?

The individual also tries, of course, tries to hide his identity.

That may say to many people, he didn't plan this too well.

But what I always push with our police experience here is that criminals aren't always that smart.
