posted that on too social. The morning after the Colorado Supreme Court

ruled he cannot be on the 2024 ballot in that state that he violated

a civil war era provision of the Constitution. The first time section 3 of the

14th amendment has ever been used to kick any presidential candidates in this

case one party's leading

candidate off the presidential primary ballot now Colorado's Supreme Court

finding that Trump engaged an insurrection on January 6th.

Fox's Griffjing is the Trump campaign plans to fight it all the way to the US

Supreme Court calling it undemocratic.

Now the former president has been indicted over his post-2020 election

conduct but not charged with insurrection.

His Republican challengers say the court's gone too far.

It should be up to the voters.

Vavik Ramaswami says,

I pledge to withdraw from the Colorado GOP primary ballot unless and until Trump's name is restored. And I demand that

Ron DeSannis and Chris Christie and Nicki Haley do the same thing.

Now the Republican Party in Colorado just replied on X saying Ramaswami doesn't have to worry about that.

If the ruling stands, they'll convert the primary in that state to a pure caucus system where

ballots aren't used.
