salesperson and you're saying that is one of your strengths and that's been one of

the things has helped you stand apart.

Exactly. It's a strength, so no need to feel sorry for yourself or feel that you can't do it or wish you were different.

Yeah, this is going to be fun. So the, so you've been doing real estate out in El Paso. How long have you been doing real estate out out there?

I've been doing it a long time. I've been the years go by fast. I've been doing it 36 years now.

36 years. Yes, sir. Wow, so as if we try to really time that out I'm going

95 I started 85. 85 man! my math was way off.

So you have, you were a real estate agent during all sorts of times of, I mean, when you first were

an agent, interest rates were like 15% or something like that.
