I've traveled all over the world with them. We've done a bunch of fun stuff. Our kids have hung out together and he is still teaching me to wake surf a little bit at a time out here in Austin. He is the the regional owner of the Greater Pennsylvania region for Keller Williams

offices. The numbers he was just shooting off to me are incredible but you

guys cannot wait to hear this you're going to be blown away by that but Mike

Pennsylvania region, Keller Williams, how big is the greater Pennsylvania region?

So it's geographically, it's the state of Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey and then the state of Delaware.

And numbers wise, the size, we consistently rank in the top either two to five largest

regions depending on which metric you're looking at for all of Keller Williams. Last year in 2020 we did

over 20 billion in sales and that was almost 70,000 home sales so So lots of business, 47 offices and over 10,000 agents that we get the pleasure to serve and work with.

Wow, how long ago did you get involved in real estate?
