Thanks so much for tuning into the Kelly Road Show and today we are talking about how to avoid burnout as an entrepreneur. Now we all know we

start off the New Year's strong we're running and gun and we're sprinting towards our big goals and dreams, and somewhere

along the way we start to hit the wall of reality.

And reality is that as an entrepreneur, let's be real honest, you take punches

through the face pretty much every day. It's part of what leadership is all

about. The goal of leadership is to solve problems and the point of entrepreneurship is to shift society forward.

So what that means is it is pretty much never going to be smooth sailing. Even when you have the best team in the

world, even you have the best product in the world, even when you have put the

right systems and strategies in place, there's always going to be surprises that come up

along the way, especially when you're dealing with people, you're dealing with social media,

you're dealing with so many factors that are both in and out of your control.

That's a crazy mix that is many times going to create a wild ride.

So as an entrepreneur, how do you keep your head in the game? How do you stay focused and

excited and passionate especially when you're working towards goals that might take you

multiple years to achieve.
