A low Fodmamp diet is a diet that reduces the amount of prebiotic in your diet so as to starve the bacterial overgrowth. Now, what's the evidence here? Well, firstly, a 2022 clinical trial looked at IBS patients,

so patients who had symptoms, plus or minus or with or without sebo. Six weeks on a low FOBMAP diet. They produced a 66%
