The minute that someone takes the time

to make sure that you feel safe and seen

and that you can feel your feelings in front of them,

and you know that you're doing so safely with the person.

I think that's when the actual feelings

have the opportunity to come out.

like feeling like, okay, this person truly cares about me

and I can be myself in front of them.
