We're just going to do a girly chat episode, a little face time session, a catch up if you will,

because it has been too long and I just felt like doing one of my old school face time girly episodes.

because we have a lot, I have a lot to tell you, okay?

So I'm going to give you all the Coachella tea and weekly updates.

Don't you worry, I will tell you all the no bullshit tea of what really goes down.

I know everyone always is wondering and I always provide you the real tea, okay?

And then we're going to go through a quick little reset guide for all my girlies who maybe were busy with work

or school, finals or traveling and need a little reset guide like myself, okay?

We are going to bounce back and very quick before we get into that, let me address the elephant in the room, if you will.

So I was all high vibe and I was like, video podcast, let's do it, new mic, new era of the wellness cafe, let's go.

And then I, you know, I got one video podcast episode up and then it just took a turn.

I was heartbroken when I tell you that I, okay, so I had the episode with Brody and I and it was a plate

and the video version is still not up.

There won't be a video version for this week while I try to figure it out, but hopefully the video one of Brody and I can still be fixed.

Anyway, when we got on the flight to LA, I had a four hour flight.

I was working on the podcast episode that entire time.

And when I tell you the entire time we were in LA, I was working around the clock.

Like literally most of the LA time was spent working on the podcast trying to get it up on time for you
