You know, it's no secret that women make less than men.

The gender pay gap is alive and well.

Women make 80 cents to every dollar that a man makes for doing equivalent work, but lesser known is that women of color have an even

larger pay gap. It's kind of a chasm. Black women earn 61 cents for every dollar earned by their

white male coworkers. and my guest today is
