The first I'm going to start with, you know, it's news that's out there that's on everybody's page and the, that's that condo.

Everywhere and you know it's making the top of the news everywhere so there's an in an article out that just said the Miami

condo collapse updates second lawsuit warnings in April and I don't know if there's

much we can get out of the article I think lawsuits are bound to happen. They should happen and now as more and more news is coming out, it's talking about, you know, that there was standing water, there was standing water in different areas, you know, being close to the coast, the salt was damaging things.

So there's warning signs with these properties and I guess the best thing that the saddest part about that is people saw
