Psalm chapter 106 verse 47.

Save us, O Lord our God, and gather us from among the nations that we may give thanks to your holy name and glory in your

praise. This some reverse in a sense comes at the end of an entire chapter just recounting God's grace among his people,

how God's people continually turned from him, and God saved them, God delivered them,

and yet they would still turn away from him.

It's just a recounting over and over and over again of God's

gracious salvation. So you get to this verse and it just says, save us,

O Lord, our God, gather us from among the nations that we may give thanks to your holy name and glory in your praise.

And that verse, well it's in so many ways applicable right now as we turn our eyes to God in the middle of a pandemic and say

we need your salvation, your deliverance, your provision. And I was looking through the prayer request

that people are sending in just specific ways

to pray in light of the coronavirus crisis

we are in.
