Kellyn is the seventh fastest American marathoner of all time.

But get this?

She's also a 433-miler.

Above and beyond that, she's a certified firefighter, the owner of five dogs, and also a bunch of chickens.

But my favorite thing about her is that she's a mother and a wife.

Talk about juggling life.

Kellan. So Kellyn, thanks so much for coming on the show. Thanks for having me. I'm really excited.

I have been wondering what's been going on. I've been following you a little bit, but there hasn't been a lot of word as to what the next race is. But you're coming off such a great summer. I got to watch you in the lead vehicle at the Grandma's Marathon where you just crushed it. You won. You set a new event record and ran so fast. So I've been wanting to catch up. So here we are. Here we are. So talk a little bit about

what you're doing right now. I mean, you just ran a great half marathon in Vegas. How many weeks

ago was that? Um, what was that two, two weeks ago maybe? Two, only two weeks ago. Yeah.

And you were, you were planning to run where? I was planning to run the Monterey Bay half marathon.

Oh, yeah. Yeah, I was blinking on that for a second. Yeah, because of the fire. So you were going to run in Monterey Bay and then you like changed your mind the morning of the Vegas half marathon, correct?
