KG. And today this is a huge question. How to get rid of your love handles? Jumping right into it, no nonsense. No wasting your time. How the heck do you get rid of these things? So a lot of people go, what the heck, my stomach fat and my love handles stay so much longer. It's ridiculous ridiculous now a common thing you need to know first

and foremost you know we're gonna i'm going to take a very no-nonsense approach to answering this

if you want to lose belly fat you need to diet down like that's it plain and simple don't expect

to maintain your weight or you know like keep a lot of your size everywhere else and just losing your

belly fortunately stomach fat is usually one of the last things to go and a lot of how you

store fat is genetic so if you look at Kyle his upper body's a lot leaner as for me

even if I'm pretty chunky I'll still have ab development you know I just have

thicker abs that way and it's just how some people store fat some people do

losing their stomach first and they're lucky some people are skinny all over and they got a huge gut. A lot of this really, really does come down and play to genetics. There can be other factors too. Like if you overconsume alcohol, a lot of studies have shown that you actually will store more in that stomach area. And once again, usually if you're a very very healthy person you won't store as prominently in that stomach area maybe more

than you like but ideally want to be storing your fat and your quads and your

glute so that's going to be the goal area that's considered the healthy area

whereas the stomach fat is not so healthy that's why you know losing
