This is a bite-sized segment that addresses some of society's fatal conveniences, and

the steps you can take to avoid becoming a victim of them.

I define fatal conveniences as the things we may be doing because the world we live in

makes us believe we have to.

Water, shampoo, sunglasses, food, I dive into the hidden truths behind some of our everyday

choices that could not only be harming us, but even killing us.

This is something we're going to get.

We're always going to get it's annoying, and it persists, and that is coughing.

Irritation in the respiratory system, viruses, bacteria that causes inflammation, coughing

is an essential part of ridding the body of these annoyances, right?

It's a protection from the infection.

It's actually mobilizing through the inflammation, through the flam, mobilizing the infection

so that we can get it out.

It's trying to clear the throat, unwanted secretions and irritants, so that's why we cough

and man is it annoying.

But it's essential.

It's part of the production of isolation of dealing with irritants that happen in the
