There are many different reasons for coughing, but most of the time, it’s your body’s way of clearing out your throat or lungs. Although suppressing a cough may sometimes be necessary, should you use over-the-counter cough syrups or drops? This segment is all about why we should avoid these toxic “medicines” and instead turn to nature. Plants have all you need, guys!
