Hello Clayton. This is Juan. I'm wondering about where to invest my money in, I have close to $10,000. I am looking for either real estate or whether it's a good idea to invest in building a construction company.

I'm a construction worker. I have minimum knowledge about pretty much everything in the stock market

or real estate.

I just want your advice and I would really appreciate it if you would give me your idea.
