Welcome back to the podcast. My name is Joseph Clough and this is episode 976.

And in today's episode, we are doing a hypnotic meditation on self-acceptance.

Now, just to pre-teach what I mean by self-acceptance is really to know,

not to accept our limitations as I'm always going to be this way, because that's not what I mean.

I mean to accept your wonder, to accept the truth of who you really are, so you understand

your worth while simultaneously growing.

You can accept the truth of who you are beyond the limitation whilst always growing.

So I'm very firm on that one. It's not about I accept myself

and therefore I'm done. No, true self-acceptance is the acceptance for you're always ever loving

and growing on your journey. So I want to be pretty clear about that and to really understand

there's so much more to discover and to

accept the true nature of self. This is a hypnotic meditation. There will be a more

traditional hypnosis session which we based more on learnings, resources and new

belief systems. That will come out in the next episode and on top of that,
