0:05.2	part two that I promised last episode on the pregnancy Q&A. I got so many questions and
0:13.5	I didn't get to answer all of them. So I'm going to dive into those and answer the rest of your questions.

0:36.4	Okay, we'll just dive right into a labor question.
0:40.2	Best labor position slash how to handle hard labor. So far, I wouldn't say that I've had
0:49.2	extremely hard labor. I mean, I've had
0:52.8	labor and transition and all of that stuff, obviously. So there are parts that are really hard, but I've
0:59.0	noticed that mine never seemed to last that long, like the part that's extremely, extremely hard. So
1:07.0	I don't get checked, but like probably nine centimeters through having the baby. That portion never
1:14.6	lasts very long. For me, I just do whatever is comfortable. So with one of my kids, I actually wanted
1:20.8	to be on my back, which you read in all the birthbooks is a terrible idea. I even whenever I did it asked
1:26.8	my midwife like, this is bad. Be on my back and she said, you just do whatever is comfortable for you.
1:31.4	So I just laid on my back. And with my last child, I believe I was on my side. I did the
1:39.2	mile circuit while I was actually in labor in order to get him in the right position. Now that was
1:44.8	probably as far as like pangos, the most pain I've experienced during labor because I had to be,
1:52.0	if you've looked into the mile circuit, there's three phases of it. And the last phase you are
2:00.2	laying with your butt up in the air and your chest down on the bed, like a very dramatic type of
2:06.5	pose. And so you're in a very awkward position that I was going through transition during that.
2:11.3	So I wouldn't say that as my favorite position. But for me, it's just whatever is comfortable.
2:15.4	And most of the time, that is the position outlined in the Bradley method book. And then during
