Hi everyone and welcome to the Squiggly Careers podcast. I'm Sarah and this week we have one of our

extra special episodes with a guest. As ever, we always invite guests who we think sharing our

mission to make work better for everyone. And this week I'm really delighted to welcome Molly West Duffy

all the way from the US, which is very exciting, very international for us.

And not only has she and her friend Liz written an amazing book called No Hard Feelings,

they also have my favourite Instagram accounts.

I feel like you're not really meant to have favourites, but I have to say if you don't follow them,

I think they're just at Liz and Molly.

Their illustrations are very knowing, very

funny and always really make me smile. Before we talk about those a bit more as we go through

today's interview. And so as I said, Molly is the author of a book called No Hard Feelings and

they very helpfully provide a good Twitter summary for what the book's all about. So No Hard Feelings is a visual

guide for how to embrace emotion at work and become more authentic and fulfilled while still

staying professional. So it sounds like the absolute dream. And so Molly, welcome to Squiggly

Careers podcast. Thanks so much for having me. Delighted to talk to you today and such a fascinating

topic and I've loved reading the book.
