| 1:05.5 | Hello, shameless leaders. I'm so excited about our conversation today. This conversation came |
| 1:10.1 | about because someone's |
| 1:11.7 | information landed in my inbox and a thing that I normally don't look at, I happen to look at, |
| 1:16.4 | and I was like, oh wait, there's something here. So I got an email about Lauren Tetenbaum's book, |
| 1:22.5 | millennial menopause preparing for paramonopause, menopause, and life's next period. And when I got the email, I started reading through it. And usually I don't accept cold guest pitches. So I'm really excited to share this conversation. |

| 2:17.0 | conversations. The awareness |
| 2:18.6 | that is being spread and the pace at which it is spreading is really exciting to me. When we have |
| 2:22.9 | something that impacts 50% of the population, but it's rarely spoken about, something is deeply |
| 2:27.1 | wrong. And that's the situation we've been in for many generations. And we're starting to recognize, |
| 2:33.2 | we're starting to wake up, open our eyes, |
| 2:34.6 | and recognize that when something impacts 50% of the population, it impacts all of us. And we need |
| 2:40.5 | to be talking about it in all the places, including the workplace. And so I'm really excited |
