So the, so what is, Colorado Springs? What's it been like over the last year in

Colorado Springs and I know I know this week you're snowed in and everything's

crazy and or it was the last couple days but what's what's it been like this last year out there?

So yeah just the market's been changing as it as I've around the country you know we used to a year ago it was a little bit slower and now at the market is difficult for buyers right now.

You know, our sellers are rock and rolling, they're rock stars, but our buyers right now are just, you know, having appraisal gaps and our economy or

our housing markets just expanding we had talked about if we had the same

clients a year ago that we have today it would have been 10 times as difficult at least to get them

into homes because of just what the market's done within the last really six months I would say.

Yeah, we really had a pivot and like redo our marketing as realtors because our same clients
