We interviewed Kelly a couple times on the show she's done a few of these state of the markets with me and

her night whenever we turn on the mics we could just chat for like two hours and so we figured well we might as

well we might as well start continuing to recording it as we get to talk about the news

because we're living in totally different parts of the world and things like that

so definitely different opinions of the news different times right?

New York. Why did I get that wrong? So you're up in New York but you're north in New York City.

What is the what's life like out there right now?

Yeah they're just starting to let us open up like in terms of the pandemic where

schools are because so many people are getting vaccinated,

we're getting, I think, I can't remember how,

what the capacity is in restaurants,

but we're really seeing some little bit more normalcy
