Tom is a lifelong business owner and a serial entrepreneur.

His companies have been IT pioneers by bringing new solutions to complex

business problems. Back in the 80s, he founded national decision systems, and they were the

pioneer in advanced site selection and target marketing tools for major consumer goods companies.

Tom's firm was twice honored with the coveted Inc. 500 award,

and he sold that business in 1988, 88, rather, to Equifax.

Today, national decision systems, the tools that they created are still the industry standard,

and the company is now owned by A.C. Nielsen.
