We got Steve Harvey back on the show today.

And today Steve is talking about failure.

And you know this, my friends, in order to be successful,

you're going to have to fail and fail and fail and fail over and over and over

again. And that's how you succeed.

That is how it works.

You just don't become successful right out the gate.

It doesn't work that way.

You are going to have to fail.

And many of us avoid failure like the plague for many different reasons.

And I want to share something with you today because you know how I am about like

how we're raised and parenting and all of that stuff and how the way we were raised

affects us as we're we become adults.

And there's these books.

I love to read.

It's by a guy named Jean Landry.

This particular book is called Profiles of Power and Success.

Got it at the dollar book sale about a year ago and it just blew my mind because
