it's me and Noah, our podcast producer. Sometimes it's me and Riley responding to some kind of

videos. So we try and keep it, we try and keep the variety coming for all of you. So that being said it's good to have all you here with us.

This episode is really Noah and I doing one of our what periodical

podcasts I really think Noah that we should do these if we ever can like once a week

because I think maybe on a mental health level I really enjoy them that much. I do too. They're a lot of fun.

Yeah, I think so. And on top of that, you know, there's almost so much you can do in a real or even in an Instagram story and the in the conversation I think is like where the real meat of things are and so I just think it's good to have his talk so that being said quick heads up everyone
