Let's talk about my best mood and worst mood of the week

I'll start with my worst mood because it was a little prevalent towards the end of this week

My worst mood was just like oh my god you guys I hate leaving. I hate like leaving places leaving people

I get really used to where I am the routine that I've built there and I was in California for a really long time

And as much as I was excited to come home and I have so many exciting things you can be you can be two things at once

You can feel two things you can feel sad and happy that is totally allowed and my worst mood was that I was really really sad

I don't like saying goodbye even if the buys are really see you later

I just was really really sad on Sunday on Monday and I

Did I even realize how sad I was and how weird it felt being back home until of course I started talking to my therapist and just started crying as I was trying to

I don't know. I'm just exhausted. I woke up early early to catch a flight and then was on West Coast time and kind of fall asleep
