Anger is baggage, which often is harbored in resentment, and that resentment I am learning through

my own work is often at myself. When I feel the anger and resentment at myself, it comes out toward

others. But I don't know how, if you don't know how to let go of the anger, those darts are

going to keep hitting targets that are close to you and the ones you so desperately

don't want to injure get injured.

authentic conversation because I think that's really to get to the deeper levels of what's

really going on in a marriage. It's not just about communication. It's not just about sex and money

and raising kids. Those are the top layer. We're trying to get to the basement

where all the good stuff is. We're the real truth, where the real issues and fears actually

probably are. And we want to sit there for a little while. And I think you'll realize,
