We have a great expression today, but I hope you don't have this problem. A something, something fit, F-I-T. For example, a sneezing fit. What does it mean to sneeze, S-N-E-E-Z-E?

When you have a cold, non-stop sneezing. Or maybe you have a coughing fit,

C-O-U-G-H, cough. A coughing fit. That's a coughing fit.

Don't worry.

I don't have a cold and I don't need to sneeze or cough.

What other kinds of fits can there be?

Oh, those can be very painful. Now, another common fit would be

a laughing fit. But usually we say a fit of laughter. That's right. We can use fit as a noun,
