As a fantasy football analyst, I'm going to get things wrong all the time.

When you're forecasting within a small sample size and there are hundreds of variables

that can go in a bunch of different directions, that's bound to happen.

I've always found the response to this by some readers and fantasy football players to be

interesting though.

Some people have seen fantasy football as random due to the wacky things that can happen

in a given week.

And sure, wacky things do happen, but crazy things happen in any and all professions.

Anytime you're working on drawing conclusions based on evidence, you won't be 100% correct.

It's impossible to be 100% correct.

Your goal is to be logical with your process and in turn have more precise results than

what's out there.

I mean look, even through strict processes, doctors can misdiagnose patients.

Inventory planners can send too much inventory to a warehouse.

And of course, meteorologists predict the weather incorrectly all the time.

This is no different.

It's not as accurate as a doctor might be, but let's not pretend that predicting what's
