| 0:27.6 | So let's jump right into today and talk a bit about going from hobby to hustle. |
| 0:31.6 | So yesterday I mentioned when you go from hobby to side hustle, you might be surprised |
| 0:35.7 | at how much time you need to spend on tasks that have nothing to do with the hobby itself. |

| 0:44.3 | hustle time and the remaining 95% is all about production, promotion, pitching or working |

| 0:51.7 | I think I may have also mentioned that I sometimes feel like that as a writer. |

| 1:03.0 | So let's talk about this a bit more because there are a couple of parts to this. |
| 1:06.9 | One part is about understanding that when you start any kind of business based on a hobby |
| 1:11.9 | or passion at least, let's say, there are almost certainly a bunch of other things you're |
| 1:15.8 | going to need to do besides whatever it is you do for the hobby. |
| 1:19.6 | And you have to come to terms with that if you want this thing to be your side hustle. |
| 1:23.1 | It's also okay to keep your hobby just a hobby. |
| 1:26.4 | If you find it stressful to do all these other things, then just keep your hobby as a hobby. |
