Although it's a really good question, my ideal frequency, it doesn't really matter if whether or not we're looking at volume and intensity as much as it does the specific goal and the specific person.

0:11.0

So there's a few scenarios here to kind of consider.

0:13.7

And for context, the reason we would want to turn the dial of intensity down if we are turning volume up is because those two can't coincide and still

0:24.3

we can't expect to optimize recovery if those are both really high.

Welcome to the tailored life podcast. Today's a Q&A, guys. I'm very excited about this one. We

0:40.3

haven't done a Q&A. I feel like in a little bit. It's been at least a couple weeks, if not more,

0:44.6

where I've just gone through a bunch of different questions. I'm going to do like a rapid fire

0:48.5

style podcast today and crank through as many questions on fitness and nutrition as I can.

1:01.9

1:06.3

to the fact that you want to listen once again. So thank you for that, no matter who you are, where you're at.

1:11.7

1:16.1

Just so you are aware, this is the one and only fitness and nutrition podcast that I would say goes beyond my scope of practice.

1:24.9

And I say that because when you're in school learning to become a personal trainer, they always tell you, don't talk about anything outside of training and nutrition.

1:30.6

That's out of your scope of practice. Screw that. I want to help people. I'm here to make people

1:34.8

better. I'm here to help average people achieve above average things, live above average lives,

1:39.0

and do it all in an above average physique. So you're going to hear everything and anything that makes you better as a human

1:44.2

being. We're going to talk on fitness, nutrition, supplementation, fat loss, muscle growth,

1:49.5

but also personal development, journaling, meditation, family, relationships, business, life.

1:56.4

Again, anything and everything that makes you better as a human, we are going to talk about on this
