So you have a long career working in Screnic Wines.

You've been there for over a decade.

But how did you get into wine in the first spot?

What were the influences that kind of drew you towards wine?

I got into wine kind of in a roundabout way in a more general way I think than going into

wine just for wine's sake.

I was very interested in lots of things that had to do with a whole kind of grand dinner experience.

So I was, when I was younger, my parents didn't really drink a whole lot.

There was never alcohol in the house.

They would have wine for a special occasion but nothing for an every night

dinner and my parents passed away when I was 17 and some very good family

friends of ours named Tom and Ann weeks were they kind of took us in and kind of said please

come to our house for dinner once a week and enjoy our family dinner and

growing up family dinner was very important for us it was a time when we'd sit around the
