For many years, he's an expert in professional practice management and Gary

Tack is also a great guy and I'm really excited to bring him to the show today.

Let me tell you how I got connected with Gary originally. I was at a meet-up at a conference in San Diego about two months ago

and I literally was standing in line for pizza. I mean it was you know it wasn't any fancier than that and

Gary was standing right behind me and we started chatting and it turned out that I had

heard Gary as a guest on a podcast probably about a year ago and we started chatting and talking and I knew what Gary did for a living which was helping

dentists become more effective as business leaders in the business parts of their

business but also the leadership aspects of their business and the behavioral aspects of their

business.

And so we started talking and you know it never really occurred to me that we did kind of the same work but as we talked I
