Imagine for a moment that you show up in your leadership role today and that you have the opportunity

When I first became a leader and a manager I made some poor choices as many of us do when we get into

leadership management roles for the first time.

And one of the areas I struggled with extensively

was not, it was having difficulty

when decisions weren't black and white decisions.

I always wanted to be able to check the box. Yes, no, black, white. And I found that I would struggle in situations where I sometimes needed to make that call in that gray zone as a leader or as a manager
