We are in our, gosh, we're recording this the week before. This is my, I think it's eighth week of lockdown. I actually this week realized I've been in lockdown for so long, I had to go and look at a calendar to work out how many weeks it is, because it's just been weeks and weeks. Yeah, everything's blurred. I've now got a kind of calendar that tells me what day it is, and I've got a watch that tells me what day it is, because they've kind of all blurred into one. Yeah. I don't have weekends that normally give me an idea of where I am in the world and week and everything, and it's all gone. So, yeah, it's getting a bit muddling, and I'm getting a bit. I mean, we're all in a sort of something we've never experienced before.

So we're all sort of flying by the seat of our pants a bit.

But I definitely am missing social contact, sort of human to human.

I'd like to hug my son and I'd like to, you know, do that kind of thing.

Just to sit down and have normal a meal with somebody. Or, you know, do that kind of thing, just to sit down and have

normal a meal with somebody or, you know, I'm beginning to miss that now.

I'm getting worried about people's mental health. It's interesting because I was listening,

as I do, BBC Radio to, to Dr. Sarah Jarvis, who I love. She's so sensible that she really

helps you understand the medical

stuff really easily. And she was talking about this balance of like a couple of people calling in

and saying like their parents are living on their own and are really suffering. And she said there's

a balance between socially distancing from our elderly parents and going and visiting with them,

but staying more than six feet apart.

And that mental health effects on people are really, really beginning to bite.

And we have to balance that.
