Being go is something that's often talked about in mental health circles and specifically

for anxiety because we really, really when we're anxious, get stuck in holding on to things

because for the people who are dealing with their anxiety due to desiring control, that's

We hold on and we don't let go and when we should have moved on to either other things or

other people or places, we're still holding on.

It's like carrying around big bags of things, clutter.

Now physical clutter can really be tough too.
