I've always been taught that failure is the way you must fail in order to succeed.

And that's why I've never been afraid of failure. I've been afraid of judgment.

That's been my big thing. I need to overcome is the fear of insecurity and doubt

around other people judging me, but the fear of failure should never be something you're

afraid of because that is the only way to grow and gain what you want. We've got a great interview
