said, let's get on with the show. There's one thing that we all should be doing innately that we

don't do well and that is breathe. When we're under stress, we don't breathe. We just,

we power through.

And what's cool about breath is the muscles that are used for breath actually calm the nervous system.

They actually pull on the vagus nerve and calm the body down if we're breathing correctly.

And so one of the things that I always say to do, and this is a way to use technology in a positive way, is set

an alarm on your phone once an hour that says breathe and take two minutes, stop what

you're doing, just be present in the moment, be grounded, and just breathe.

And you find that when you get into practice of doing that, then you start doing it more
