my friend and colleague Keisha Yokers. I'm not sure if you've heard the news yet, but Keisha is

officially a part of the Lindywell team. She joined us in January as the head of breathwork and somatic

programs, and I could not be more

grateful or excited. Many of you have had an opportunity to work with Keisha and get to know Keisha

through our mind-body reset that we did together in the fall. She is a two-time certified trauma-informed

breathwork facilitator and a somatic embodiment life coach.

Keisha is passionate about helping people to connect to their body, using somatic tools.

She's passionate about addressing trauma in the body, and she believes that healing isn't a

linear process, but it is possible, and she is proof of that.

She's also a certified holistic health coach and was an elementary school teacher for more than 15 years.

And what I love about that is you can tell in how she teaches, how she educates,
