So first of all, what I'd like you to go ahead and do is get yourself in a comfortable position.

And as you do that, just close your eyes and just relax.

Because as you just relax and listen to the sound of my voice as it goes with you into trance your unconscious mind will begin to take responsibility

allowing that comfort to simply grow, allowing your whole mind and body to become relaxed.

That's right, because as you relax, you can begin to learn many new things.

Where even the effort it takes to be aware of how the hands, the arms, the fingers, and how they're positioned,
