We've got about 5,000 investors in our database that buy from us on a regular basis that

required.

And I think that's one of the opportunities for agents to be able to get into the investment business and make sure that you've got a database of people who come back to you again and again, they buy from you, then they often flip through you.

So if they're buying it, you're going to get a commission on the front end, you're going to get a commission on the back end, and then you may end up reselling it. How do most agents who don't have access to the secrets that the top agents in our

industry hoard to themselves grow and
