Hello everybody, welcome back to the Primal Potential podcast.

It is Saturday, Chris is here.

He's not actually right here right now, but he will be here for the questions.

He had to step out to get our dog who ran away to the neighbor's house.

That is his new, defiant, I don't get all the attention anymore move.

He runs through the woods to the neighbor's house.

So Chris has taken a ride to go get him, but I figured I would hop on here because I had

something to say before we get into the questions.

So I can't believe that it's like almost fall.

September is days away.

Just blowing my mind.

And before we know it, we all know this is true.

I think fall goes by the fastest of all the seasons because you are at start of school

then you're at Halloween and before you know what it's Thanksgiving and then the Christmas

Hanukkah holiday season, New Year's, it's going to be over in a blink.

And I don't know about you, but I know there is more I want to achieve before the end

of the year.
